Has anyone that owns a Pen Knife tested it in the kitchen? I'd like to know how it performs at food prep. Basicly, cutting fruit and veggies, skinning and prepering meat. People (including my self) would probably find this kind of information very usefull and might help bring in a few more sales. Thanks.

always heard that MRE was the shortest three-lies ever told.:)

But, I've been hungry and they seemed just fine then.

Be well.

Don't do the ham! I lkie the BBQ'd ones, tho, like the 'meat' balls and such. Save yer tabasco fer me, sarge! The dried fruit block always eminded me of some astronaut food or something.

Can't lay my hands on any fresh meat or vegetables over here, but we do get fruit like apples and oranges. Tried it out, and it works just fine. I had my best results using the portion of the blade between the tip and the widest part of the belly. This I used with a "push cut" in the same manner as a Chinese cook's knife. Can't wait to get home and chop up some veggies for stir fry or kabobs. Was that my stomach growling?
