Hello all,

I read the post on rules, so I hope this fits within the limits. I am on the search for a custom Pena knife, but it seems the only place they land are on eBay for significant markups. Does anyone have any tips on locating them for the original retailers? Are they only released in small batches? Do they go straight to preferred collectors/vendors? Is it all blind luck? Secret dark web email address? Please understand I am new to this. The production (gasp) X Series Mula by Reate is what started me on the hunt for the custom version. Thanks to everyone for their time!

Welcome to Blade Forums....

Look here in the Customs for Sale area....they land there often.

Follow him and his fan groups on other media. Follow his retailers/dealers too. I scored my first Pena custom a week ago because a chap was kind enough to mention a few landed on the knifecenter website, or maybe it was knifecenter who mentioned it. Hmm, I don't recall...I quickly went to the website saw what was available, said to myself "I like it" and put it in my cart. Anyway, as far as knife makers go, Pena gets his knives out there. No secret society needed. Be quick! You'll get one.

Also there's nothing wrong with buying from the secondary market. Just, have fun with it. Take it with an easy come easy go attitude so you don't feel butt hurt about not getting what you want for the price you want to spend.
