Its was been almost 3 weeks since i order my Trailmaster from Coldsteel. The mailman is now afraid of me, as often i am waiting at the door as he approaches, and i pounce on him as he arrives. Imagine... his look of terror when he hands me this large box and i pull out a 15 inch Bowie and howl and the moon. Kidding :) Alas soon the Christmas holidays will be over and i will be back to work. On a more serious note can anyone tell me the average delivery time to Canada from Coldsteel,Swamprat, or Busse?

Yep I hate waiting for something to come in the mail, guess I am just impatient but it's also half the fun the anticipation of getting somthing new just like when you were young waiting for Christmas day!

brightblade, I ordered a Battle Rat from Swamp Rat a few sdays ago and I was informed that delivery would be 3-6 weeks. As for the other makes, I can't say. Can be frustrating though, I know how you feel.

I know what you mean. I hate waiting. I start biting my nails every time the mailman comes because I want my knife. Two years ago my wife ordered a MT LCC for me and told me it was coming. I wish she had never told me because I was chomping at the bit waiting for it. The day it DID arrive I was sleeping after a night shift and when I woke up I found the package on the bed next to me. What a rush!!!!

My Benchmade 710 is "out for delivery" right now, so every time I see a UPS man, I want to scream, "DO YOU HAVE MY KNIFE!?!?!?!?!?"

 :D

I just ordered a Benchmade 941D2CF after waiting 3 weeks for the company to get more in. I am chomping at the bit.

My Sebenza just got here. I've been waiting for this thing for a long time... ok, not THAT long, it was shipped out on Friday, but still.:D

To the postman's (oh my now I've done it, I mean postperson..wouldn't want to be p/c) fortune I work 120 miles from my home...he's completely safe from me :D Now the weekends are another story ;)

I've learned to really temper my patience these days, when awaiting a knife delivery. I've got a couple of custom knives on order, and the delivery times for those will be roughly 2-3 months away. Sure, waiting for them can be a killer at times, but I just console myself with the thought of how I'll have them forever once they do arrive.

Hell, if you think waiting a week or more is tough, just imagine waiting 3-4 years for something from Randall Knives! oy!

I've been wanting one forever, and still have the filled out order form at home. I'm still not sure if it will ever get mailed, or if I'll just try buying one online, or from a dealer/knife show down the road.

All in all though, it's all relative. If we all had boundless amounts of money, time would definitely be no object. But, since we all live in the real world, watching and waiting for things is the status quo. Don't forget the old addage; ' Good things come to those who wait '

Hey, if all else fails, just get out with the knives you do have, and hack something up! I'm sure it'll at least soothe the savage beast temporarily. :D

My Dozier K1 shipped today.

I can't WAIT!

The heck with the wait for a Randall, how about the poor folks in the waiting line for custom CQC-6, etc!!! Still, both are well worth the wait though IMO.
