I'm a newbie here and after searching the archives I decided to post.
I ordered a Pendulum from GG&G early last year after seeing an article in TK. I kept on calling because I wasn't getting it. They kept on pushing it back and now they said the end of 02.
About a week or so ago, I find a message on my machine from them asking if I still want the knife because they have some now! I thought that I'd never get it and forgot about it.
Well, it looks real good. The action was a bit tight till it was opened a few times and now is smooth. It doesn't have a black blade as pictures have shown, it's a dull grey. The cutting edge is polished like a mirror and razor sharp. The liner lock really locks up and takes a bit to release the blade. It fits the hand real nice.
The Pendulum is a bit overpriced but what isn't these days!
I own several custom fixed, folders and a few production knives but never had any training in knife handling. As I seen while searching the archives, there appears to be no videos on the special usage of the Pendulum, too bad.
I'd like to see a video on concept and usage by the inventor.
