Hi Guys, I have seen alot of talk on here about mill & drill machines, I am going to buy one, I was getting the HF one for $ 459.00 or there about, but after reading this forum I want the bigger one.The Enco, but found one today for about $825.00 2hp,R8 tooling, but I know nothing about the penn tool Co. Do any of you know anything about them? Thanks for the help

Penn Tool is a legimate industrial tool supplier.

You might check Grizzly industrial for one of the dovetail column machines in the same price range. The biggest problem with a mill-drill is that when you raise or lower the head, you have to recenter the mill head each time to keep it square with the X and Y table travels.
