That's easy: What fixed blade laws?

There aren't any in PA. That's why you might have had trouble finding what you wanted, there's nothing to find. The only knife law they have is no switchblades (except under certain circumstances). Although, some cities within PA have tighter restrictions, so keep that in mind if you live near an urban center.

yup none on the books

bad part about that is that leaves the idea on a weapon or a concealed weapon open to interpretation. In reality, you can carry everywhere but inner cities and government buildings, but private property you dont own like a business can lead to trouble. Id say just dont wave it around and you should be fine. Ive never had a problem and ive edc-ed a fixed for a while

Don't think anyone else can either!

And it's not a weapon, it's a tool. That's how I look at it. I'm old and cranky enough that I don't care what anyone thinks, but I get uncomfortable from the looks I get with a fixed, even with a BK-11.

You should see the looks I get if I mention building custom flashlights! (escape-from-the-state-hospital look)

Yeah, there are some nuances to "cities of the first class" like Philadelphia, but as stated above, as long as you are reasonable with how you conduct yourself, who is the wiser.
I work in downtown Philadelphia and always have a knife in my pocket, right under my Glock :)

The thing they both have in common is that nobody sees them.
