Pennsylvania Knife Works Question

I know this is a maker's group. I just found them on Amazon. I ordered a 1095 knife with a bone handle. THey say "Handmade," but I can't find if it's forged or not. Thye price was incredibly cheap, $49. The knife will be here by the end of the week. If nobody knows anything, I'll let you know:

Here's a pic of the knife I ordered. I got it as a hide-out. It's 8.5" overall and 5/32" thick, 1095 steel tempered to a spring, about 60, hollow grind. We'll see... Anybody have any experience with these guys?
