Pentagon Elite on Sale... Impressions?

Let me start by saying I'm not affiliated with SMKW in any way. I was surfing their weekend specials and saw that the Pentagon Elite is on sale till Monday for $38.99. Price is good till 8am Monday morning.

Is that a decent price? Any comments about this knife?

I am not familiar with this particular knife, SOG's wbsite info on Pentagon Elite should give you an idea of the price. For a new knife that seems to be a very good deal (about 52% of MSRP...). I am guessing they are clearing out.
I have many SOGs (well, a few...) and really like them. I think the PE would make an excellent EDC, I just have to get used to the look of the shark tooth tip... very strong!
