Or anyone who knows, aside from the guy who shot his knife and the ones who batton M1 Abrams tanks, what's the most crazy odd warranty you have seen or heard of concerning Busse knives?

Well, there was the guy who hammered his small Busse (I don't remember the exact knife) into a concrete floor and kicked the handle to break the tip out of the concrete five times if I remember correctly, it was multiple times for sure. The tip broke off the last time he did it.

If I did something this stupid to a knife I sure wouldn't ever admit it, so the warranty would go unclaimed.

IIRC, there was a guy in Europe who beat on the spine of a Swamp Rat blade for hours, using a pipe wrench. He did eventually break it. Go figure,

I've hit my SHBM with a 20oz framing hammer to get it thru a treated timber but never used the warranty.
Have heard of somebody running over one with a bush hog (fitting) 10+ years ago.
ThatMguy and I used to slam our knives thru ammo cans at the INFI 1500 until the cans got so expensive!

Don't remember the details but I've heard that the returned one (broken tip) was repurposed into a mail room utility knife or something back @ Busse, IIRC.
