Hi all I am wondering what is the correct size hex driver to order so as to get a better fitting tool for large 21..... Thanks.

Some 2mm hex drivers will fit even better as they are a tiiiiiiiny bit bigger, at least they are supposed to be. 5/64 is 1,98mm. I've tried several, it really just comes down to trying different bits and keys and pick the one that wiggle the least when inserted to the hex screws.

Agree 100%...

You have to test fit them before going walls deep into cranking the screws loose. I've had a few different brands of allen sets and two of them the 5/64s was a tad bit smaller, which would have caused the screw head to get galled up...and I'm sure I'm not the only one that HATES galled up screw heads.

I never thought about getting a 2mm...but I went into my shop and the 2mm actually fit the new style screws better than a 5/64s, Nice tip!

How about a Quality 5/64" like those from Wiha....???

Glad to hear it. I prefer metrics.
The best bits I have found for size accuracy and hardness are Bondhus brand. I have worn out or broken many of various brands in many styles of wrenches and bits and these are a significant amount better.

I would recommend their regular bits/wrenches rather than the "Ball Driver" bits just because you will have more area of engagement. The Ball Driver bits/wrenches work great for what they are designed for though.

I have to agree with nyefmaker. The Wiha drivers are quality tools.

I have a set of Wiha hex drivers and some cheap unknown brand ones and wiha fits the screws noticeably better. It's better than the old style CRK hex driver.
