So a while back there was a thread that was created that asked what would be some of the features you would prefer on a fixed blade.
I rattled off a list, and after a few days I was contacted by
Richard338
.
He stated that he had also pictured a similar design that accentuated the same characteristics.
He then graciously offered to build one with some light input from myself, and to send it to me to try out.
What was born was an amazing knife, made from Magnacut, with design cues that accentuate cutting performance.
Thin, hard, and a size and length that bridges many uses.
And it has been glorious.
He even decked it out with a sheath from
azwelke
, that fits perfect.
This blade cuts. And cuts. And keeps cutting.
There are many design elements that I will call out over time, as I plan to continue using this blade for...well...everything.
Mahalo again

. This beauty has been more than impressive, and your work is top notch. Not to mention your character as well.
Coconuts? No problem.

Truck blade. Check.

Prepping crab that was caught by hand. Yup!

I don't use pesticides on my sweetcorn fields. So that means worms, but I pre-cut the tips. Easy peasy with this blade.

A small sample of the work done. This particular day I topped 2000 ears.
No corrosion and still sharp.
