I got a Sabine Hunter from Texas Knifemaker Supply for Christmas and put a handle on it this weekend. Does anyone have any experience with these blades? I think my wife paid extra for the cryogenic treatment listed on the site. I havent sharpened it yet, and it will take a while since my Harbor Freight sander gave up the ghost sanding down the handle. I'm back to the 800x water stone for reprofiling.
