I am looking for a high performance cutting knife. I want it to have a thin edge and good geometry, a nice hard steel that will hold a edge for a while, I would prefer a simple locking system like a liner lock or dream lock. I have a mini griptilian which has a pretty thin edge, a sebenza which has a nice edge, my price range is up to 200$ I was looking at the Enzo birk 75 with carbon fiber handles.....any help is appreciated :)

The best cutting folder I have ever owned is the Spyderco ZDP-189 CF Caly 3. That thin, flat-gound ZDP-189 blade really cuts, and certainly holds an edge.

Look at the ZT0777CF. Its a really awesome slicer in ElMax.
