Permission and suggestions

I am creating a web site documenting making repairs to my 15" AK, 12" AK and designing a utility knife. I would like permission to quote excepts and possible even complete posts from these two threads and maybe a few others.

Would it be alright with every one that has made comments on those threads? I plan on linking the quotes to where ever I get them from and giving the proper credit. What do people think? Would it be okay if I did something like that?

Also, I would like suggestions on things to mention, what types of images I should include and what people might want to know about the process. You guys have been a great help and I want to make sure that my plans are alright with everyone.
