permission to post pics?

Ok, before anybody says, "check the archives". Idid. I either get a no match or page unavailable message.
I said earlier in the week that I would post pics of a scrimshaw artist, but apparently I spoke too soon. In the posting rules box it says I DO NOT have permission to post attachments. How do I get permission?

You need to just "look up"! At the top of the page right under the Forum links, you see this:

Want to Sell Knives? Private Message? Post Polls? Upload Pictures?

If you have the pictures stored on someother place online,you can post them. you just cant upload them.
