I find the Spyderco Perrin Bowie to be one of the best steak knives I've ever used. I have two that are on "kitchen duty" with part time roles as trail knives.
Is there any chance Spyderco could offer the Perrin without the sheath or is the cost of the sheath so low that it would make little difference in the cost of the knife?
