Which one would you prefer for an EDC fixed blade and why???

Vanguard.45

Activator I personally like to have a more classy looking EDC, because when sheeple see it they freak out less if it looks nicer. Plus I also prefer regular blade steels I am not a big fun of super duper blade steels.

I have to disagree with you there, the Perrin is the most best looking(in my opinion)
A great design,a great steel and best "hand" feel by far.
The cost is meaningless,if you "like" the particular Knife in question?

I've never held an Activator, but I can highly recommend the Street Beat....Fred Perrin's designs are incredible

I've handled both. For the price the Street Beat has the quality of a custom. They both felt great in the hand and I'm sure they would hold great edges. Being a highschooler I would get the Benchmade solely due to the lesser price.

another for he street beat, handled both and no comparison, had the bm and just didn't like it.
