Hello to everybody!

I am not sure if this knife can be called “Persian fighter”, I just like the way it sounds :)
I have a question for everybody. Do you think that every knife should come with a sheath? I don't mean "working knife", just "display type knife". Or the sheath is not so important?

Blade:
Elmax steel
Dimensions: 9" x 7/8" x 7/32"
Overall length: 14"

Handle:
Gabon Ebony
Sterling silver
14K gold
Natural garnets
Natural Wello opal

Sheath:
Vegetable tanned tooling leather
Sterling silver
Natural garnet

Thanks for looking
Vlad

Beautiful knife! In answer to your question, I would not buy a knife without a sheath, unless the deal was too good to pass up. If I had a trusted sheathmaker that lived nearby, then it wouldn't matter so much.

Your work is fantastic. So detailed and the gems are awsome. The matching sheathes really make the piece. Hope I can add one of your pieces to my collection.

I'll be happy to make a knife for you. Actually, this one will go to "For Sale" forum.

Fabulous work as always Vladimir! Such beautiful graceful lines and exquisitely appointed! Your sheath is gorgeous!!

I will check the sale section when it's posted. If I can afford it I'll snap it up. If not I'll contact you. That knife size is what I like

That is plain good looking! I was excited about the handle material. That is some nice black ebony, and the grain looks great!
