Persian Karambit

I've seen a picture of a persian which had a super karambit handle.
Was this a custom job or was it just a blade swap?
how did it fit on the stock liners?
Id love to see pics of it in the open and closed position
I can't find a pic of it but info on how it was made would be appreciated
