Persian V Grind

Anyone here done a conventional V grind on a Persian? If so I would love to see some pics.

They are already V ground, the cutting edge is chisel ground. Is that what you mean?

Mine came with a v-grind. Not the conventional Emerson single bevel cutting edge, but double bevels. I was told by the seller that he bought it from EKI that way.

I am referring to the cutting edge. Mine has a chisel grind. 2004 production date. Can I send it to Emerson for the regrind?

As was I. I'm not sure that you can, but it never hurts to ask. Plus, if you wanted to, it's not a hard project to undertake. More or less the better half of an afternoon to accomplish.
