Persian?

I just saw a pre-order on the TDE website. The Spyderco Persian. In black Micarta. Does anyone have any other info on this? Blade length, steel, etc?

I've always liked persian designs, but they were always a bit pricey. This one MSRP's at $135.

Yes, I placed it on there so we could start gathering names on a pre-order. So I put it and the Karambit on the site a day or two ago. Spyderco is a heck of a company!

I won't scream about a picture, but do you have any specifics about the steel, length, lock, etc? Anything would be helpful at this point.

I've seen a pic of the persian and will be getting one eventually... not gonna say any more than that though.

I saw and played with it at SHOT.

It is a great knife well worth waiting for. The knife must be held to truly appreciate its ergonomics and design.
