Elegant is the word that came to my mind too. I love the rounded edges of the transition from blade to guard to handle.. The spine shot is especially appealing.

I'm not really crazy about Persian style knives in general, but must say this piece is elegant and seems to be very well executed.
The design flows nicely and the knife has a "pick me up" appeal to it.

Thank you all for the nice comments.. this one did put a few new gray hairs on my head
i forgot to mention, the makers mark is diferent then on my previous knives .. it still means the same ( my last name ) but it's in Cirilic script. I thought that curvy script letters would go better with the knife
