Does anyone here have experience with a store called personal edge? Im not suer if they are just in Canada or in the states as well. Here is a link to their website http://www.personaledge.com/on/accueil.php
They say that they offer sharpening, has anyone had any experience with their sharpening? Do they use a machine or do they actually use stones for it? I'm only considering going to them because I wouldnt have to ship my knives, and I dont have the equipment to reprofile my new gec #73, the edge came pretty shallow and my sharpmaker isnt gonna cut it, at least not without the diamond stones but I dont have those. How sharp do they get them, can they whittle hair? I really hope that their "technician" who sharpens the knives knows what he's doing, they could get a new regular customer.
