Personal Emergency/SHTF Loadouts

How would you equip your person in an emergency/SHTF situation, such as total economic collapse? These are strictly things you can fit on your person, we could dedicate another thread to backpack loadouts. I guess I'm thinking the priority is self-defense. Pictures are always welcome! I'll take some original pics later

Headgear: Bandana, can also double as face mask
Glasses: Safety glasses
Neck: ESEE Izula on paracord necklace/Safety whistle

Shirt: Orange “Rescue” shirt in order to prevent suspicion
Pants: Land's End Canvas jeans
Belt: Sole Survivor belt
Belt Items: Velcro pouch for water/Ruger P95 in holster/SOG Jungle Primitive in holster

Seriously though, i've been in a state of martial law for a couple weeks before, & you don't wanna stand out. Low key is your goal...

I'd go with my BK-2 & 14 + my Ruger sp101, bic lighter, light weight jacket, jeans, hiking boots & a good hat. I think that about covers it.
 
What good would any of your "kit" be useful for in a "total economic collapse"?
