I am having issues with the etching process with the Personalizer plus.
I purchased the underdeveloped paper from USAKnifeMakers and followed the steps they provide and I cannot seem to get the etching to burn through the stencil.
I am exposing to UV light and I clearly get an image on the paper. The paper has two plastic covers on both sides, so I took those off before placing in the developer solution.
I have tried exposures from 5min to 30min. It seems to expose fine.
I have successfully etched through other papers and ONCE with this paper. I am not sure what the trick is to exposing and developing properly.
Etch will not come through, like the exposure is not deep enough or something. Notice the cracks in it?
Anyone experience this? any tips? Thanks!
