I like a tight knife. Not so tight that it can't be opened with one hand, but no side to side movement of the blade when it is in the open position. All of my Spyderco's are tight. When they become a little loose, (rarely) I can take off the pocket clip and tighten the pivot screw slightly and presto, the "new" feeling is back.
My new "Toad" is my first Spyderco with aluminum handles. It appears to have the same type of pivot screw under the pocket clip that can be used to tighten up the blade if it ever becomes a little loose. Anybody know for sure?
