Peter Herbst Ti redux?

Will we ever get a Herbst Redux to make up for the failed German ones? I'd really love a new one as a replacement for my 2nd

Someone pulled a Ti Hebst out of their pocket at the NYCKS and showed it to Sal. Based on his observation of the severity of the beating Spyderco took on them, I would not hold out much hope of ever seeing more.

I have one of the numbered Titanium Peter Herbst with the combo edge and 440c blade steel. When you say "failed" do you mean that my Ti Herbst is utterly worthless? I heard that it is actually quite a collector's piece. I have only seen one other than mine since I got it.

Failed as in the # of factory seconds. My Plain Edge second has a weak detent and a crappy liner. Love the German 440C as it takes one,very nice edge

Let's see, mom and dad in a fight. Mom empty threats my dad with MY Geber LST. I intervene, grab em all before anyone gets hurt (herself was most likely). She gets pissed off at me for siding with my dad... A week later, things turn normal and I have my stuff
