Hi all!

I was wondering about his work, has anyone own or handle any of his knives? Any review would be excellent, thank you in advance!

I've handled a couple of his knives before and liked every one. The edges were sharp, grinds even, handles ergonomic and flush with the tang. Personally I find the pricing quite reasonable for custom knives. Hope this helps.

I'll be following this thread because IMHO his work is some of the nicest looking i've seen. i e-mailing the site where i saw his work to see if he would make a left-handed model, but never got a reply.

I think that his work is absolutely top notch and reasonably priced. At Blade West last year, his knives are the one thing that made the greatest impression on me. Really well constructed knives in every sense.

I think Peter is one of the best tactical makers out there.I just bought another at the Eugene Show and it is a beaut.
The first I bought has Lignam Vitea scales which is green colored Very unusual. But nice. The other I just bought has a flat opening device that is part of the top of the blade.[actually it is a thumb rest when the knife is open]Very neat.
I highly recommend him before he gets too expensive.
Both my knives were under $320.00 each.

have a"knife"day

Hey, I thought his work looked great, and I emailed him four or five times to talk about his knives and buying one. I never got a response, so I gave up and bought some other knives. I'm sure I'll try him again some day, but now I'm busy talking to makers who are actually interested in fielding inquiries.
It sure would be nice if a Canadian dealer carried some of our more interesting custom makers, like this one. I know Murray Haday has some Lightfoots, but there is no Canadian equivalent of Les or ACK etc.
In short, I don't know - wish I did.

Thank you all for the info!
I personally thinks Peter's knives are well built just by looking at pix posted at various dealer's sites.(You can tell....sometimes

)The price is reasonable too even if he uses exotic woods.

Thanks again!
