I'm not going to make any claims for originality but looking at Zyhano's G10 orange scale on his small sebby in his XM-18/Sebenza pictorial made want one for mine, popped an email to Peter R and he was really kind enough to oblige me:

The scale lines up very nicely and the fit and finish is excellent :thumbup:

The flame pattern texture on the G10 feels nice and tactile and comfy too, wish my pics would give it more justice! This is really great work :)

looks awesome! If you don't mind me asking, how much does this kind of thing generally run? I'm thinking about having someone do me a carbon fiber slab but I need to know about how much I should be setting aside.
 
Best to PM the maker for pricing, you can do a search for Peter R in the forum, not sure if he works with carbon fibre, but the quality of his G10 scales is excellent!
 
Hard to describe how it sounds, it's not that different. As for opening, no issues, that's the beauty of CRK's Sebenza design.
 
Looks great Wyldey, nice pics there. I have an orange scale just like yours from Peter and I
love the different look it gives my umnumzaan, it's like a whole new knife for me. I switch back and forth every once in awhile.
 
those handles are awesome. Really makes the sebbies look different. I have emailed him myself about this.

neither will I make a claim for that :) it's just a cool color! congrats my friend!
 
well ive mafe quite a few original designs. but the tried and true colors and textures seem to be far more sought after than pure originality.
