Peters Knife

Here is a pic of Peters Knife. Dan came up to the shop today and worked on the knife as I was working on some knives for up coming orders.
He had the blade finished up, it is a twist damascus blade made from 1095 and 15N20. Dan said he based the knife on one of Harvey Deans Guardless hunters.
The material that he used for the overlay handle was stabilized Jarrah burl. The pins were nickel silver. He did a really nice job on the overlay. All in all it made one fine knife!

Danbo, you could definately leave the civil service and go into knifemaker status with that one. Very nice!:thumbup:
 
ACCKKKKK! That last pic scared me! :D Hmmm, Craig and Danbo hanging together... how many things did you shoot and/or blow up?:D

Ok, seriously... that's a sweet looking knife!:thumbup:
 
Mongo you must be psychic. We did shot some soda cans full of water, rotten tomatos and a couple of immature watermelons that we looking at us kind of funny. :)
