My first Pete's Custom Knife Shoppe order came today, and it is a KNOCKOUT!

Blackened half-serrated blade, nickel silver, checkered Cherry scales, no pins and engraved "Pete Quintanilla, NOV 1999" on the blade [the 'Pete' from Pete's Custom Knife Shoppe].

The knife is absolutely flawless... everything is as perfect as it could possibly be. Fit, finish, function.

Thanks Pete, and thanks also to Dana Quenn, who built this particular knife for me.

I am 110% satisfied and thrilled to add this one to my "keeper" collection!

I am going to try to wait until tomorrow before I start looking for number two....

This is the real deal, folks. Get your order in, stop waiting, just do it!

Thanks once again, Buck Knives.

Dave

here is a terrible scan...

Sweet! Glad you joined the rest of us in Pete's fan club. The hard part is resisting the multiple urge y'know? One in BG42, one in Damascus etc, sigh. I'm trying to be patient waiting for the 532 and it's kin to make it into the shop stable, drool. Patience IS a virtue, but jeeze!!!!

WooHOO: Order number 1002275...BG42, silver bolsters, that cool blue wood, and Mr. Dana Queen's super craftsmanship equates to my personal, and very cool 110...without a flaw...

I am like Brian patiently waiting for the 532 to come out. I have my simple 110 MS I picked up from Dennis to hold me over in the mean while.

I have to stop reading the posts - must resist tempetations ........arrrrrgggggghhhhh.

WinDancer- I couldn't agree more. Couldn't resist and ordered 2. Both were perfect and flawless (if a little stiff to unlock). It must warm Pete's little heart to see so many happy customers.

Congrats on that very attractive knife.

Pete,

I was just wondering if folks could supply the handle material used on the knife they order or maybe the blade material if it is say damascus. I have a stash of both ivory and damascus as well as some other material. Care to play with any Ebony?
