With all due respect. The new format for gaining access to Pete's Customs SUCKS! I love the idea and have purchased a few under the old format. Tell your web designer his brainchild is most certainly costing you money
And it needs to be simplified. I spend about $20.000 per year on line. I visit mostly knife sites, and I have NEVER EVER RUN INTO THE MESS YOU HAVE AT PETE’S. I even sent in a comment, and it came back undeliverible.
Other then that I have great respect for your company, your philosophy and the people that work at Buck.
IMHO the Buck 110 is and American tradition.
 
Glad to see I wans't the only one having technical diffuculties. I tried numerous times and every time the flash movie wouldn't load.
 
Hate to say it, but the website design, while looking nice, has made everything hard to find. I was lookig for info on Ionfusion the other day, and it was nowhere to be found.

Hi Jeff...I had the same problem with emails being sent back as "undeliverable"..I would like to order three 110's from the custom shop for gifts and had a question about the engraving options..Is there someone I could email, or If I call the number on the website, will I actually get to speak to someone who can assist me?...I didn't find the custom shop hard to use and navigate, but there is alot more information that could have been included....Glad you are offering this service, Good luck...Rich
 
The Flash Player will not load on Netscape, but Internet Explorer 6.0 opened it fine.
