what am i doing wrong, have tried to order three times with no luck. when I finish the options for the knife I want to build it doesn't proceed past the order page

Could you please send me the page (using the browser's send page function) and/or a screen-capture (ask if you need instructions for doing this)? This will help me narrow down which of the possible problems you ran into.



I've listed below what is supposed to happen after you click on the build link on the design page. Which one are you running into the problem on?</P>

[*]You are presented with the order form with all of the fields for mailing address, billing info, etc. Click on the "Click here to Proceed" button after providing the info.</LI>
[*]If some of the information was invalid, you'll be taken to the same page which will have a red asterisk over each field that needs to be completed. Click on "Update Order" after providing the missing info</LI>
[*]Once everything's been filled out, the page will be redisplayed with a "Complete This Transaction" button. Only after you've reviewed the order and clicked on the button will the order be placed.</LI>
