It will never happen but I can dream of a multi tool made by CRK. Small sebenza blade titanium handles tools that actually work, smooth action. Well a guy can dream.

It would be pretty awesome, but a leatherman charge tti seems like what you'd want, it's a great multitool. There really isn't any incentive for them to start making one, though.

ya I know its just leatherman does not do it for me. A guy can have dreams.

I have always hoped for one as well, don't see it happening, but like you said, we can dream....!!!

It's the $2500.00 price tag that make me fear this dream. I'd want one, but I would need a divorce first, and then I'd be broke! Shucks......I hope it never happens :D

O no you don't I will not be dragged into a debate about Multitool.Lets say I have owned a bunch from all bends even Emerson and they all fall short. I have been Remodeling homes for 15 years I know a good tool from a bad that's all I will say on that subject.

What I want a good solid knife blade like a small Sebenza. A saw, can and bottle opener, magnetic screw bit holder for standard bits, an awl linemens pliers with cutters and a scraper prying tool a way to hold 3 screw bits

The same could be said about knives, in that there are already plenty out there,,, who needs another knife brand , like CRK!!??? I do!! I carry a Leatherman surge every day , AND a CRK large something or UM! Bart

Now you're not helping my dream come to life. Thats just mean crushing another mans dreams thats mean man just mean.

It is just the fact that I abuse the crap out of a multi tool. I would not pay any more than my Leatherman 300 cost for a Multitool.

Personally, I don't see it. I appreciate great tools, but I have never seen a multi tool be great...not because of quality, but because of quantity. There is just too much crisp hanging off the handle to make any single tool as good as a cheaper dedicated tool (i.e. A cheap screwdriver is easier to use than any multi tool I have ever tried). Compound this with the fact that if you break one tool, it is always one of the top dogs, that render carry of the tool drudgery (why lug this thing when it's now only half as useful).

Sorry, enjoy and wish for what you like, I will probably always be happy carrying a dedicated (nice) knife next to my multi tool.

A Leatherman Surge is always on my belt at work , no exceptions .
It is the best tool- knife combination I have found and I've tried just about all of them .
It gets given a life that I wouldn't like to expose my Seb to .
Abused , dropped , covered in oil and corrosive chemicals used for tasks it was never designed for , borrowed by people , sharpened on anything that is nearby .
It handles all of my requirements and does so cheaply and easily , and best of all if it breaks they fix it or replace it no questions asked .
My current Surge is actually my second over about I think 7 year period , the first one was sent in for minor repairs and they must have felt sorry for me because it was so beat up and worn out . They just replaced it with a brand new one .
Multitools might not be very cool to own in some peoples eyes , but I know which one I'd grab if I was heading off to a desert island for six months , uuuummmmm my Surge or my Seb 21 , no contest .
:)
