Petty and Santoku

I just finished up this pair and figured I would share them.
The big one is my Santoku and the small one is my Petty design.
The handles are some nicely figured Desert Ironwood and stabilized curly Koa on the petty.
Both blades are 14c28n.



 
Nice work Ben, as usual. I'm a big fan of AEB-L/13C26 but I've got to get around to trying some 14C28.
 
Thanks Darrin. I made my wife a small Gyuto in 14c28n, it has been working great in our kitchen!
 
Ben that is really something you've got there, stellar work! I really like the wood on the Petty you called it? Thank you for sharing the pictures with us.
