This is one of the biggest and best Chiurwa AKs to show up for some time. About 17 inches and two pounds almost exactly, just a hair less than 1/2 inch thick. Nice dark grained glow in the dark saatisal handle. If it didn't have Sanu's mark I would have guessed Sher as the kami. Sanu has the edge right up there at near 60 Rc and really shows his stuff on this one. Good karda & chakma. Same old perfect scabbard & frog by village sarki in new leather.

We will send this one for $125 which is a great price for this AK. It's a winner.

That is one FINE looking khukuri! Nothing itches my HIKV like a wood handled Chiruwa, and one in a size I DON'T have:eek:

My last special order I got 5 khukuris that were 1/2 inch thick and after using some of them I think that 1/2 inch is the absolute max thickness you should have on a 15-18 inch khukuri. I think from now on I'll order just under 1/2 thick maybe 7/16 or 6/16. At that thickness you still can't come close to breaking it and it does help with balance and saving a little weight.
 
Lots of programs don't have a spellchecker-- so they made one that integrates right into windows. You just press alt and right click on any word (as long as you are connected to the internet) and it'll give you a definition or help with spelling. It may not help you understand certain cavedwellers though... :P
