18 inches and 27 ounces. Very good work by Kumar. Great fit, finish and hardness. Beautiful horn handle. Another fine effort by Kumar. He's back and on track. Great karda and chakma. Same old scabbard & frog by village sarki.

Take it away for $125 -- fifty off regular.

Call or email.

Did anyone notice that the cho shape is like half of a Yin-Yang symbol.

Kinda crazy, eh?

I'd be interested to see this go through some brutal testing...Cliff Stamp style to see if it's any weaker than the standard CHO.

Standard cho for the Malla model.

The odd thing is, the cho on this one curves towards the handle. All the other Mallas I've seen have a cho that curves towards the tip of the blade. Maybe Kumar forgot how he used to make 'em :D .

Some people have said it looks like a Malla is "smiling", but this one looks more like a growl.

I hadn't really noticed. This Malla matches the one on the HI website except for the hole right behind the "smile". Just received it today and haven't had a chance to "test" it. It should prove to be very tough, very. Kumar appears to have done an excellent job on this one and it reminds me of the chiruwa that I have by him. Very thick across the spine. Will have to watch the PGA's and other pics to see how the other cho's look. If it's a growl there's good reason as this should be one though khuk. I just wish I'd received it sooner as I used an AK to cut down a tree in my yard that had expired.
