"PH" over a cross, who's the maker?

Hey guys, I saw this over on another forum and wondered if anyone knew the maker. The only mark on the blade is a PH over a cross. Sounds like a pretty cool knife, thought I might pick it up.

9" Long modified Tanto
Flat ground
Beveled on one side only like japanese blades
3/16" thick
Parkerized (worn from sheath) over bead blast surface
paracord wrapped
There is a handscribed set of initials "PH" over a cross. I am trying track down the maker.
Kydex sheath
Steel is 5160 carbon steel.

I bought this at the SouthEastern Custom Knife Show in Winston-Salem in 2004. It is a tough knife with a great edge. Good size for truck or bug out bag.

I am clearing out knives that I don't use. To many dresser queens.

Don't know the maker,but this is the best reason for putting your name on your knives instead of a logo or mark.
