Phantom U.S. Knife Manufacturer

I'm beginning to see knives that would normally have been made abroad being made here in the U.S. I know Camillus' business is mostly making knives for other companies. But I'm seeing new models that don't look like Camillus products. The Harley Davidson Skull knife and the new Rockloc Colt knives from United Cutlery are made in the U.S. The new Browning Scorpion is another one. Browning has always made knives in Japan but now I'm seeing Chinese, Italian and the phantom U.S. knife company. Can anybody name the phantom?

My knee-jerk reaction is that they look a bit like Gerber products.
