Philadelphia non-knife tool carry.

From what I've seen, knives in Philadelphia may as well be illegal.

Anybody know if the Leatherman Fuse that comes without a knife blade would be kosher? I can handle not having a knife blade, but I feel naked without some tools.

I'd be very surprised if you got into trouble with that, but take that with a grain of salt please.
