Besides the high price what's the word on Hartsfield's folder? Would someone buy me one? Thanks.

seriously. Could I get a review on a Phill Hartsfield folder. Years back Phill told me he would not do a folder. I'am glad he changed his mind. OUT.

I would like one too...but at close to $1k, it's prohibitive.

It's $750.00 bucks + tax or probably could get it for $750 cash price. It appears they are in stock right now as that is the blade of the month.

I'm sure it performs like any other Hartsfield. Sharp and deadly. Not one of those knives you'd want accidently opening in your pocket if you know what I mean :D

Leu,
Your knives are eye-catching. Are they tool steel? What's your price range? Thanks all.

Hi Knife Knuts,
I really believe Hartsfield's folder will rival or surpass any folder out there. If he did the folder in a traditional V grind also, that would be really interesting! His knives cut like -unbelievable. It's just that darn price thing. If you can drop $400. on a knife is an other $350 too much? Especially if this would be your do-all, end-all knife. OUT.

If the price was the same, which Chisel would you own? A Hartsfield or a Emerson? I just thought I'd throw that out there. OUT.

Will any of the faithful Sebenza owners give Hartsfield's folder the once-over? I think I have to. I'll share my thoughts. OUT.

you need to stop posting the same question, over and over, in different forums.

(Threads from Emerson & Chris Reeve forums merged into this first Phill Hartsfield folder thread.)

Sorry. I did not mean to over-load. I'am on to it and it won't happen again Knife Knuts.OUT.

The blades are A2 tool steel Lycosa. The prices start from $110.00 and up depending on thickness of the blade, length and how much work it would be to produce.
