the following is going around, if you recieve it, do NOT click the link , it will bring you to a legit looking site where it asks for your paypal email address and password to login, just like the real page.(link below zapped to xxx's for security)

paypal security site says beware of anything starting 'dear paypal user'
as they will always address you by your registered name.

i've sent it on to the real paypal & changed my passwords to be safe.

Ha, I set up a PAYPAL account years ago to pay for a Plug in for Photoshop and didn't use it for a year or so. When I had need for it again I couldn't access it and I can't reset password. I gave up and just use a credit card.
