Yup I emailed the main person that answers there. I have a knife with an issue that was new, I made a video within 2 weeks of receiving it and put it on you tube because the damage or machining was odd and got a reply back they didn't have time to view it just send the knife in, I sent it back a while later didn't think it was a major issue and wanted to play with it more, new toy right. I didn't think it was a big deal lifetime warrantee right? I don't think I even used the knife when I made the video and they are calling it my abuse and will not stand behind it, Knife doesn't have a mark on it, it came that way or flipping it open about 50 times broke the lock up to the point where it was failing so wanted to talk to someone about it and was trying to be discreetly but now they kind of totally annoyed me I probably shouldn't post this they will never sell me another knife but this situation is totally ridiculous and pissing me off. I am about 80% sure I got a used knife at this point or a refurbed one and I am even ok with that if it worked.
