Yes to both questions. The HOG Edition ASH1 specs include a Muddy (aka, Brown) blade finish and Magnum Tiger Hide Linen Micarta handles (exactly like those on the LE ASH1). The blade is 0.320 inches thick like the CG ASH1. Definitely a steal at $167, not to mention the personalization.
