I've been salivating over CGFBM for literally years and have yet to have an opportunity to get one. And then the Mountain Mandu walked in like a giant out of Game of Throne.

I would love it if anyone could put both of them side by side so we can view the similarities and differences (so many people who has the Mountain Mandu kept mentioning that it's better than their CGFBM, shocking).

Thanks in advance!
(Really bloody hope they put the Mountain into production!)

I've been helped out by hogs in the past. May as well try to return the favor.

MMD is a chopping monster for sure. Of those three, its mid road for blade heft and overall perceived weight.

ASHBM wins for lightest and fastest feeling.

NMFBM is still the baddest blade on the block. I need to get some time in the dirt here quick. I'm getting antsy..

Quick & ugly. The last is not lined up like the other 2, it just shows height difference...also, the MtDu is in front for just that one.

I found some dirt time for myself yesterday. It was nice. (Although all I have to do is walk outside and into uncharted territory.) I came EXTREMELY close to two (2) Water Moccasins. It's never a good feeling to look down where you just stepped and see a fat venomous snake coiled up less than six inches from your foot. I jumped like a rabbit.

The second one was on the other side of a partially downed oak tree. I jumped up on the tree and looked down on the other side to see a bigger moccasin than the first that I would have jumped directly on had I not looked down and studied the ground for a couple seconds.

Other than that is was cool. I found some very old bridges that were dilapidated but extremely well built (whenever that was) they would be able to handle a truck driving over them. I'm sure it was horse and buggy though. Now they are rotten and you can't even walk over them. The forest surrounding them tells me they are at least 100 years old. If only I had a metal detector. Anyway, yes get out there, it clears the head! :)

Yay Jaxx, thank you! Exactly what I wanted to see and then some! Much much appreciated.
