Photo/Info Request: Wire Jack Utility #125, Spearpoint Heavy Gauge Blade

This is one I haven't seen except for the image in Bill's book, page 38 middle right.

The Utility Knife Wire Jack #125 is 4" in length when closed with a textured wire handle, spearpoint heavy gauge blade and red shield.

Any info/image would be welcome.
