Hey folks I was wondering if anyone could post a couple of pics of a Spyderco dragonfly 2 next to a Benchmade sequel thanks in advance!

I have a dfly 2, but will never own a Benchmade.

Never? Whys that?

The f&f/qc on every one I've owned was subpar. Got sick of sending brand new knives in for warranty service. Raising their prices 30%~ last year was the final straw. I sold all my BM's and will never own again. Very happy with my Spydies though, never a problem.

You know what, as much as I love my Benchmades, I honestly can't argue with anything you just said. They do seem to have gone down in recent years.

Here is a quick cell phone pic when I was in the stock room. I grabbed the first dragonfly I saw and it happened to be full serrated. Comparing both at quick glance the spyderco has less potential for fit and finish issues. It's a pretty simple knife, one that I also happen to carry every day as a beater. It's held up fine for me in the past year. The benchmade is larger but because of the spyderco's blade style with that half choil at the start of the blade they both fit in your hand about the same. The obvious difference is the blade length, weight, overall size, and price tag.

Both of the knives pictured did have blades there were slightly off center. Not a big issue to me, maybe more so with a blade that is $140 compared to $50ish.

Awesome thanks everyone for your comments and the pictures. I already own a dragonfly and find the handle just right for me. I've been looking at the Sequel for a while but was a bit concerned with the size. This helped thanks!
