Thanks guys! I recently got a new camera (Nikon Coolpix S3500 - awesome point-and-shoot camera for an amateur like me). I guess the problem wasn't with the "photo capabilities" - the camera does it all - but with getting them sized right on Photobucket and here - that's what I was experimenting with here. My old camera apparently sent larger pics to Photobucket than what my new camera does. I'm a techno-neanderthal anyway, but our good friend Sarah got me on the right track.
