I could not get to my account a couple hours ago. I new screen I had never seen came up. Tried log in and failed. Set up a new account wioth no stored pics. 0___0
Both Photobucket and ImageShack have been sucking for me for the last year or so so I stopped uploading to them. I recently learned about TurboImageHost and just started using them for posting pics. So far so good.
I was able to fix it. A buddy of mine told me to go to the settings mode and look for the upgrade. Apparently new upgrades are available before you are notified by Apple. I'll wait at least a week before I upgrade my software next time around.
PB "customer service" seems unable to understand English. They keep offering "solutions" to problems that I do not have/have not reported (e.g. "Can't recall password") and ignoring the problem that I do have. Presenting irrelevant canned answers seems to go with foreign "customer service." Works sorta' like if I was trying to communicate with them in Spanish or Hindi.
