Photon Proton any good?

Does anyone own this little light?
A guy at the last knife show says that his sees more pocket time than any of his surefires.
I was looking to pick one up and wondered if anyone had any thoughts on it.

It beats a match or a Bic.

It's small enough, it's light enough.

But it ain't a Fenix or Surefire.

Get one if you don't have any light at all. Even if you DO get a better light down the road, it makes a good backup.

Instead of the Fenix L1D, I vote for the L2D. It's brighter and has more features.

Ditto that. You can also get an L1D battery tube to go with it. Just swap out the head and tailcap, and you can have both lights.
